Terms & Conditions
Effective September 19, 2026 · Kickball Live is operated by Holy City Tech ("we", "us").
By creating an account or using the Kickball Live website or apps (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Kickball Live provides tools for recreational kickball leagues — teams, schedules, rosters, attendance, lineups, scores, stats and team messaging. Leagues, captains and referees are independent of us; we provide software, not the leagues or games themselves.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address or mobile number; you are responsible for keeping access to that email or phone secure and for activity on your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. Roles and league decisions
League administrators, captains and referees can take actions that affect you in the Service — for example adding or removing you from a roster, recording attendance, scores, stats or paid status, and approving team names. Questions about league rules, fees, refunds, eligibility or game outcomes are between you and your league. We do not collect league fees and are not a party to those arrangements.
4. Acceptable use
Keep it fun and respectful. You agree not to: harass, threaten or discriminate against others; post or send content (including team names, photos, captions and memes) that is unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes someone else's rights; impersonate another person; enter another person's contact details without their permission; attempt to access data or roles you are not entitled to; interfere with or probe the Service's security; or use automated means to scrape or overload the Service. We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you submit (such as your profile photo, captions and images). You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and transmit that content as needed to operate the Service for you and your league. You confirm you have the right to share anything you upload.
6. Play at your own risk
Kickball is a physical activity with a risk of injury. Your participation in any league, game or event is voluntary and at your own risk. We do not organise, supervise or insure games, and we are not responsible for the conduct of any league, team, player, referee or venue.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it, and forms part of these Terms.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time. We may update these Terms; we will post the new version here with a new effective date, and your continued use means you accept it.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Holy City Tech will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service; and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed US $50.
10. Ending your use
You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time by emailing etcherconsulting@gmail.com. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if needed to protect the Service or its users.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Charleston County, South Carolina.
