Help with the Kickball Live website and the iOS and Android apps.

Contact us. Email etcherconsulting@gmail.com and we'll get back to you, usually within two business days. Tell us the email or phone # you sign in with, your team or league, and what you were trying to do. Please don't send verification codes — we'll never ask for one.

Signing in

No password. Enter your email (or phone #, where text codes are available) and we send a one-time code. Entering the code signs you in; the first time, it also creates your account.
Didn't get the code? Check Spam / All Mail for "Your Kickball Live code" from noreply@kickballhq.app and mark it "Not spam". Codes expire after a few minutes — tap "Send a new code" for a fresh one. If it still doesn't arrive, email us.
Signed in but can't see your team or tools? Roles are tied to the exact email or phone # your captain or league admin entered. Ask them which contact they used, or add that contact under Profile.

Joining and running a team

Join a team: accept your captain's invite (it appears after you sign in with the contact they invited), or enter the team's 4-digit join code.
Need a team? Turn on "I need a team" and captains in your league can find and invite you.
Captains: create or claim your team, invite players, set the lineup, ask the team who's in for the week, mark dues paid, and hand stat keeping to a teammate.
League questions — fees, refunds, rules, schedules, game results — go to your league admin; leagues are run independently of Kickball Live.

Notifications

Turn on notifications for Kickball Live in your phone's settings to get game-day RSVP requests, invites and final scores. You can answer "Yes, I'm in" or "No, I'm out" right from an RSVP notification, and change your answer in the app any time.

Your account and data

Edit your profile, photo and contact details under Profile.
Delete your account any time from Profile → "Delete my profile", or email us and we'll do it for you. Your sign-in, profile, inbox and roles are removed; past game stats stay with your name removed.

Found a bug, or seen content or behaviour that breaks our Terms? Email etcherconsulting@gmail.com with a screenshot if you can. We review reports and can remove content or accounts.
